We would like an itemized ballpark estimate for the following renovations: - roof membrane replacement for a large flat roof (~10x15m) - roof membrane replacement on tiny balcony leading to roof access - small skylight replacement x3 - circuit board replacement - electric hot water cylinder replacement - full rewiring throughout 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, kitchen, utility room and 2 storage cupboards - replace ceiling lights throughout - replace carpets throughout - repaint walls throughout - upgrade of >20 yr old electric storage heaters to modern alternatives - heat pump installation - mid-sized kitchen renovation - 2 small bathroom renovations - replace all windows with double glazing and new joinery with mostly sash window style (~20 windows on top floor of building) The pictures attached show a section of the flat roof, the tiny balcony, one of the 3 similar skylights that need replacing, part of the kitchen and part of the bathroom. We *know* that we can't get accurate quotes without deciding on the replacement options, which is fine, but we would like a ballpark estimate of the cost of replacing e.g. the kitchen at standard quality but modern, or an estimated range of likely costs. The unit in question is this listing: --- / --- and we would be happy to pay a fee for the cost of viewing the property and providing this estimate. We would not hold you to any estimates if you were to actually do the work at a later date. However, we need the estimate *urgently* i.e. by the end of 1st October. This is NOT a request for an detailed quote yet and we would not treat this as an agreement to do the work.
