Parkwood Products - new shed off side of main building

Attached is a drawing for a shed we are looking to get built shortly (quoting stage atm) There is an existing concrete pad to attach the walls too-and a perlin inside to fix the top of the roof too. The main doors/door – ( roller or hinged ) at the front we can work through this detail later in the quote(and also the normal door beside it which we would provide) So could I have the best price to build and install the framework and clad with ironsand coloursteel with framing for the doors at the front. So a roof and 3 sides very simply built and a simple seal on the side walls so rain doesn’t come in from the sides(there is enough fall on the existing pad) Regards permits im unsure of the regulations(i.e do we need on if its less than 60m3 ? Please lmk on this. FYI -This is an engineering shed with welding and grinding to be done in here mostly.
