Fire damage repair - new roof - Castlecliff #2

Looking for a builder to get a 4 bedroom house in Castlecliff to a point where there is a new roof on it. House has been cleared of rubbish inside. Needs 1 bedrooms framing rebuilt and all new roof trusses, purlins, ceiling battens etc. I can supply building material such as timber, roof trusses, roofing iron etc. I am wanting a price to get it to a point where new roof is on so that I can work away on it after that as I am not local. There are council plans for the job. I am not fussy just want a cheap quick job that is acceptable to the council. If needed to make it work I could remove the existing roof however price would need to be less and would need to be lined up to start straight after roof removed so it doesn’t get wet. Ideally want you to do this. Cheers!
