Adding and Removing walls at a commercial building

Hi, we are looking to lease a building, which is a structural mess inside. We are looking for a builder who can tell us which walls are safe to remove ( but my partner will remove most of them) . However we would also need to build some other walls, add doors , bathrooms etc. Looking to meet as soon as possible. ( Even today if possible) Posting a random amount below as not sure of the final cost, you need to see the place first.
