We want quotes please to (1) add a master suite (master bedroom, generous walk in closet, ensuite) to existing 14x9m 2bedroom home built in 2015. Insulated concrete foundation added to current (for seamless floor, no steps!). Carpet & tile (wet floor shower). Connect to existing services (modern septic system and tank water). 2.7m stud height. (2.) Also want to enlarge current kitchen (pop out wall under existing verandah? Other options?) and create walk in pantry. (3.) Finish lining current 3 car garage (6x9m ceiling and 1x 9m wall to do - NB: insulation required ceiling only in garage, walls are done). Replace 4x clear panels of roof in garage with ironsand corrugated iron. (4.) Drawings and permits also to be included. Total additions to be no more than 80sqm. Land is flat.
