Replace std 760 x 1990 mm external door

Replace std door from garage to outside. Must be rain-proof on outside surface. Solid door with no windows, etc. Three hinges already there from current door. Door frame on side opposite hinges could be replaced to hide previous cut-outs for door latches. Interested in options on door construction choices, from budget to mid-range.

360 x 1980 x 12 interior ply panel

12 mm interior ply comes as 1200 x 2400 sheets and are about $55 at Bunnings. We need one piece cut, from a leftover partial sheet: 360 mm +0 -2mm wide by 1980mm +/-5mm We can pick it up in Wanganui. Piece should be from new wood, so be clean

Dryer bracket/ shelf with exterior ventilation

New house, completed March 2023. Looking at the possibility of installing a dryer above my washing machine and venting it outside. The ceiling drops so unsure if possible as I believe you would have to alter this. Drop is currently about 860mm clearance from tap to lower ceiling clearance. Ideally would install dryer and continue along to make additional storage. Exterior cladding is brick so would need to be able to cleanly cut brick to add vent.
