Closing in carport to form a garage

LBP required to close in carport (built --- ) to form a garage. About 6m x 6m. Concrete pad in place already. Job includes getting drawings and consent application and dealing with council. Probably coloursteel unless you can suggest a more cost effective product. There is a garden shed at the end of the carport that slightly encroaches upon the footprint of the carport. I am a single mother on a tight budget (ie don't quote moonbeams for this job or you are wasting your time). I can be flexible on timeframe so you can fit it around other jobs provided you let me know what is happening.
