Install decorative fire register and mantle

Old iron register to be set into existing fireplace space; mantle to be reinstated; existing hearth removed and area prepped for installation of new granite hearth (to be installed by the granite company). Fireplace is decorative only, will not be used. May need some replacement of surrounding gib as this was damaged when the old wood burner was removed. I’ve attached a photo as an example of roughly how the finished product will look. We are in Oratia and would like the job done in the next 6 weeks.
