Job description
I need a quote to have a window frame repaired and check behind the weatherboards to ensure no water damage. Here is what is required: - Remove the old window frame by a qualified builder; · Builder to provide written confirmation and photos that the framing/walls behind windows is not damaged or rotten; · The qualified builder to rectify in a workmanlike manner by before the settlement date the damaged window frame in the front living room (images attached); · If there is further damage to the wall or framing that the builder to rectify that damage as well.
