Small kitchen job

Hi there Looking for someone available mid to late December. Crazy dates I know. Currently finalising the kitchen design and will order the cabinetry very shortly and will pick up straight away. Needing someone to demolish current and make good. Old house built mid 1980s. Floors r chipboard with vinyl. Likely to find rot somewhere. Will need to get the kitchen ready for electrician and plumber to do their Pre work before gib etc. pretty much strip the kitchen back. Kitchen plus dinning area is 3034 length, depth is around 4000 & room height 2400. But the actual kitchen area itself is 2120 in depth. I have added a photo for context re layout of new kitchen.
