Bathroom and kitchen renos

We are looking at getting some renovations done for the kitchen and bathroom. This will include taking out 2 walls (one between kitchen and lounge and other between washroom and bathroom) and potentially a window. We have obtained building consent. We already have pretty much all the kitchen and bathroom furnishings and appliances, however, we would like to request help with the instillation of everything. We would also require a plumber and electrician so would be very grateful if we could get some recommendations for these also.
