Soffit replace & fascia fix

We've had all our soffits removed after a botched fascia removal above back deck created a much bigger job. Classic squareshaped 1950's Statehouse, house, roughly 12m a side, bungalow at front, 2story at back. Approx 10m fascia replaced along the back, mostly above a deck but some needs a scaffold. This was where the deck roof previously rotted the fascia board. We would like a strengthening treated frame added behind the new fascia to attach the deck roof to in future. The soffits need to be put back around the whole house. 2 down light holes above the deck & 1 bathroom fan vent down the side of the house cut into those soffits. Guttering will need replacing/putting back at back & fixing up elsewhere. We would like all soffits & new fascia painted. Immediate start as we are soffit-less at the moment, please.
