ONE ROOM EXTENSION

We are considering a single rectangular room extension to the front of the house. This will be like an attachment to the living room from where you can see the large wide ranch slider. The room can be either weatherboard or brick. The roof should match with the existing tile. The size of the room should be 6 x 5 (30m2). There will be two windows. One large ranch slider in front and one window on the right facing East. I would expect interested builders to provide an estimate before I contact them.
