Garage Conversion

We want to extend out existing living area into the garage. This would convert the rear of a tandem garage into living area. This requires the removal of one wall, with heatpump (not load bearing) and walling off of the garage. Garage would then need storage added to fit single car and room for 4 bicycles, storage cupboards etc. Plumbing for washing machine/supertub would need moved into rear of new single garage.
