Contracted to fix some sagging ceiling tiles. They quoted $950 to do the job and asked for 50% upfront which I paid. - 3 Months, many excuses and creeping in costs later my ceiling was not fixed and owner wanted $4000 to fix ceiling and change tile ceiling for gib in ensuite NOT including plaster, paint and new lighting/ceiling fans. - Just got job all costs inclusive for ~$3,200 done to a decent standard by someone else. - Still out of pocket $475. AVOID AND DO NOT EMPLOY
