Hi. There is water damage in the garage/rhombus room, rotten timber behind walls, skirtings and carpet is wrecked also. Would appreciate a registered builder to assess the damage and investigate where the problem is also. Looking to have a quote done and there is a 4 week window as we are selling the property and need paper work to certify work is legit and that problem will not occur again.
