Garage - Ceiling repair

We have a double door garage that is in need of a clean up. We want to be able to park our cars and also use it as an extra play space for our children. It has a concrete floor, and a floor to ceiling shelving along one side. We recently had a water leak in the pipe above the garage ceiling, which has caused part of the ceiling to dip, and there are visible cracks. The job will involve: - repairing the ceiling - replacing the insulation up in the roof where the leak happened - painting the ceiling
