Hi, We are looking for someone to come and look at the floor in our house, which potentially has damage underneath. We are lifting up the ceramic tiles to have a new floor laid, and the floor doesn't seem even. There has been potential leaking in the kitchen area as the floor has a definite slope. We need some advice on what needs to be done and then we will hopefully be able to put in a claim through our Insurance Company to have the floor repaired. Happy to pay just to have someone come and have a look and tell us what we need to do. Then if it is something they can also repair we can put a quote through to Insurance. Thank you.
