Extension of Kitchen over existing ~ 5m2 verandah

Extend existing kitchen over external verandah (on existing posts) including roofing, guttering and weatherboarding. Install window (this can be good quality reclaimed) to match existing bronzed aluminium windows. Move existing external highlight window to new wall. Replace existing french doors onto deck with internal stud. Extend internal bamboo plank flooring throughout new space. Photos to follow. There will be additional jobs to follow from this, including; 1. Installation of new kitchen (uduit units, dishwasher, stove) 2. Fitting of wooden benchtops and sink 3. Plumbing for above 4.
