Removal of 2 internal walls with footings and steel beams to be inserted. Conversion of 48sqm garage to 2 x bedrooms and 1 x small lounge. Joining of garage (approx 1.5m gap) to house as new entrance area. Installation of 3.5m stacker doors to deck from lounge. Installation of 2m window to deck from lounge. Moving 2 x aluminium french doors to new locations. Removal of window from dining area. Installation of new window to new kitchen area. Moving freestanding wood burner. Closing off open hallway entrance and making new doorway in current wall. Closing in current front door (as being relocated). We're also putting in new kitchen, new wastewater treatment system.
