Several internal building jobs, start ASAP from 23 August

Builder needed for the following jobs, to begin August 23 or as soon as possible thereafter. The house will be vacant and unfurnished so hours could be very flexible. 1. Move laundry door from kitchen to hallway (create new doorway in hall, re-Gib door hole left in kitchen). 2. Combine two separate bedroom wardrobes into one large master bed wardrobe (re-Gib hole left by door in smaller bedroom). 3. Install cavity slider door between two living rooms (see photo: remove wide 70s sliding doors, re-Gib part of the wall, install pre-fabricated cavity slider). 4. Remove woodburner (see photo: ceiling will need patching). All stopping will be done by the paint contractor. Some wallpaper stripping may be happening concurrently. Prefer job to be finished before painting begins. Please supply indication of time you think jobs will require and your hourly rate.
