Job description
Quote for 1. small garden area at rear needs lengthwise half rounds replaced 2.for bathroom- Hardiglze on back wall. 3, Ceiling repair in kitchen and 1 bedroom. Insulation has pushed ceiling tiles down. Maybe just needs to be stapled up.? 4. Worn board by garage door needs replacing.

Jimmy works on his own. Working with another person would have a quicker result. Happy with edging for the garden, repair to rotten wood and bathroom hardiglaze. Ceiling repairs took a bit long. Jimmy communicates well, is knowledgeable, shows up at the time agreed or texts if he is going to be a little late. He sends pictures from his phone of jobs in progress. Requires a reminder to keep to work requested but will go the extra mile to help with other things
