Closing part of patio/balcony

A patio outside of an old brick house is leaking. This patio is linked to the stairs and front door. Total area is about 5 square meters. According to NZ Building Act 2004 number 15, building consent is not required for closing in existing patio that is not exceed 5 square meters. Therefore want someone to close part of the patio, stop the water get in. After closing part of the patio, may lay a layer of concrete/tile on the patio floor and stairs. Hope the job can start ASAP. ***We have changed our mind for this job, don't want to close the balcony due to the safety issue. Therefore this job will be closed. Thank you for reading.***
