To fix damaged wall & seal fireplace wall properly. Cut out damaged wall area and reframe fireplace cavity (no existing framing Behind gib where fireplace removed) line cavity hole with fibre cement board and interior wall. Seal chimney top with a secured weathertight capping lid, currently open to rain after flue has been removed. Seal cracks in chimney Exterior masonry. Require a quote and preferably complete the job before 6 December.
