Deconstruction, Joinery and Cladding Installation.

The Following Work is required to be carried out at an address in Great North Road Henderson. LBP not required. General careful removal and installation skill are sufficient. 1. Removal of internal Walls One Between the Kitchen laundry and another between the Bathroom Toilet. These are non load bearing and of 45mm Lockwood Constrction 2. Construction of a 1 metre square landing and two stairs up to the new doorway opening. 3. Installation of a new entrance door in an existing window position. Cut down exterior cladding and internal timber paneling and insert new door. 4. Installation of new window in old entrance door position. Ply to internal wall below window position and infill cedar cladding to exterior, infill 900 mm wide x 1.4 m high. 5. Removal of existing kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Please provide costs for carrying out this work. Project to start on the 27th of June
