Qualified builder experienced in renovation and general building work that is comfortable to lodge paperwork and deal with council if required - hoping that is not required for this job. The work involves removing an internal wall to make one large lounge room, plastering and re-painting. Our house has 3 levels, the top level was added after. This wall is in the middle level and the wall is between a lounge and dining room,. There is a floor with bedroom directly above and the builder would need to ascertain if the wall is load bearing what would be required to remove the wall without any issue to upstairs.
