Needing to refresh tired house.

We will be looking for a builder to do some home maintenance and adjustments. We are wanting to get rid of a wall in the house and also block off a door way as well as put a ranch slider in and fix some rotten gib and potential frame work. Also we have an old fire place where the chimney is coming away from the house we would like to either remover or fix depending on cost. We do have a budget and are looking for the best quote.
