Deck - 25.4sqm - cover current concrete patio

See attached photos and plans. We are looking to have the concrete patio covered with a timber deck - per the plans it is 25.4sqm. The concrete is all flat. Drain in top left corner (when looking at the plans). Access to back yard is okay - there is space down the side of the house which is flat (no stairs). We are based in Ockleston Landing (across the motorway from Hobsonville Point, and just down the road from the Air Force base. Looking to get rough quotes through based on the plans, which will be used to determine final quotes. Happy to answer any questions.
