Portico Enclosure 12.6 sqm

We have a 3.5x3.6 roofed portico that we want to have enclosed which will increase size of our dining room area. We have plans from Architect and building consent. The builder recommended to us was supposed to start work 2 weeks ago and now after no contact and replying to messages we have found out thru the grapevine he doesnt want to do the job so we are back to square one. We live in st kilda Cambridge in 3 year old home, obviously want job done asap but prefer someone who is honest and who will not muck us around. Thanks
