fix wall and sort a garage

We are moving into a 1930's villa in Te Awamutu. Presently, there is a large lean-to 'garage' that needs to be fixed and doored - or removed and a new one built. We also have an outside weather board wall which has separated that needs to be fixed. And we may need a concrete pad for a shed. This is the list so far, but we don't move in until the 25th May.
