Modular Home Development

I'm currently in the final stages of obtaining build consents for a 10 plot subdivided land project. On each plot there will be a 100m2 pre-pack modular home that will need to be built on each of the 10 subdivided plots. I'm looking for a builder (ideally a master builder) to assemble the homes individually and connect the homes to services e.g water, waste water / sewerage & electric. The price quoted would need to be for each individual home build / connection as each will be delivered individually. The scope of this project is however for 10 houses to be built and connected to services over a 12 month period. Once this development has been completed there will be scope for work on other new and exciting developments that I decide to take on! If this sounds like you, I would love to hear from you!
