98 year old bungalow. Looking at knocking out a wall to the kitchen and dining and lounge wall to open plan. Also french doors from lounge to open out to a west facing deck. Would need to know would a builder be able to come up with plans to show the council, or do we have to hire an architect or draughtsman?
