I would like to change the side of the front fence to a sliding gate (that looks like the fence) and have a concrete pad and carport structure built in the front yard. Would like to have something that compliments with the house and add a bit to the existing driveway to enable access. Open to expert advice/opinions. I don't know what would be involved with permits and not sure of cost.
