Studio with toilet

I'm wanting a studio built on site in my back yard. We have a drive through garage so access is relatively easy. I'm wanting it 5mx4m I want a toilet and hand basin. And also a back room 1.5x4 just with a slider sperating the rooms. I want to supply every thing except the windows. I want just the drainage,electrical, slab, framing, cladding and roof done. I want to do it over 4 months as I'm paying out of pocket and will do progress payments at the end of each day worked.
