Balcony cutout and preperation

We have a balcony upstairs off the bedrooms (solid plaster over hardiback) where we would like 4 sections cutout and all prepared so we can add wrought iron into the gaps between the columns. Balcony is approx 7m long. We would like the section at each end cut out, along with 2 large areas along the front which are between plaster columns.
