250m sq Fernside

Hi, looking at purchasing land in Fernside, House size needs to be 250 plus garage. We have a drainlayer and sparky but wanting someone to take over the rest. Build would start in approx 3 months (have to sell current property). We want the outside to be visually pleasing for the neighbours benefit but also looking for cost effective as the land is not cheap and it’ll be tight. We can finish the bells and whistles later on. The land is too good for us to pass up so would really like to try make this work :)
