Just finished a new house build and the client wants an external double garage that needs to match the cladding of the main house. Just a straight forward, standard double garage, 2.4m stud, exposed trusses, no insulation or jibbing, one double window, one pedestrian door, owner to supply double garage door (being remove from main residence garage). Bricking/roofing contractor can be organised if needed.
