Fascia replacement

Approx 3 weeks ago we accepted a quote for a reroof from Roofing Specialists. Yesterday we found out the builder we had chosen could no longer do the job. We need 1 fascia replaced on house and 1 or 2 (not sure of second one yet) replaced on the garage. And a handrail on deck. The work is expected to go ahead three weeks to 5 weeks from now as we were told 1 to 2 months and we have not received notification of set date yet but will be told two weeks before hand .
