We require an existing single garage (mono roof style) constructed of weatherboard walls, iron roof and concrete floor along with a concrete retaining wall which is the rear wall of the garage and extends past to be demolished, rear stairs moved, a new single mono roof garage constructed of weatherboards and iron roof built on the same footprint as per detailed plans that includes a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet and stairs reinstated in a different location. The new retaining wall will need to be extended past the existing structure. The garage is situated on lower ground than the main dwelling and has a deck which has support/piles/foundations very close to the retaining wall thus the engineer has requested that the wall and garage be demolished in stages. We would like the deck supporting piles to be looked at as well and remedy work completed if required. Start date early March if possible?
