PLYWOOD ON WALLS

I have a 72m2 shed I want to convert into a nice room. I have attached pictures for reference. I need roof and walls covered with plywood or MDF. No insulation to be installed as we have a foil sheet on the ceiling. Job is in Matangi and needs to be done week of the 14th September or earlier. Builder needs to be a registered LBP.
