We need some moisture tests done on our house. Not leaking at all and had inside gib off 2 years ago and all looked good, but old interim CCC (previous owners) was 2001 and to sign it off council would like a set of moisture readings for the south and west walls of our house. Must be LBP (or certified person if there is such a thing) who can do a report on moisture levels which will be given to Waikato Council.
