I want to build a Totalspan shed and have half garage/workshop and half living. I have had an Architect draw up the plans. It is very open plan with the only room being the bathroom, no bedrooms as it will be only me living there. So I need a builder to do the interior fit out. The only thing a little different from normal is the double thick walls 2X90mm so I can have twice the insulation. I need a quote for the build so I can get a mortgage. Thanks Graham
