Internal Walls need moving!
Job description
We want to knock a wall out between the current kitchen and bathroom, move a hot water cylinder, move an external door (and wall up the gap!) and build two new walls across the old hallway to create a pantry and new hot water cupboard... house is a 1940s cottage with a few renovations over the years, so we are realistic that there may be a few surprises!! Budget probably does not include plumber and sparky, but the next bracket up is not right either.

We can not recommend Dean and team highly enough. Their communication was excellent, they kept us up to date on costs, they turned up on time and tidied up after themselves and were genuine decent blokes. Most importantly they understood the nature of renovations - things can't always be plumb and level in a 90 yr old house and they were very good at working around the situation we had in our"bitser" house! we are super happy with them. Happy to give a personal reference if ever required.
