Kainui cottage conversion
Job description
We have a brick and tile shed built around 2011 is currently a 2 bay garage and art studio. We are converting it into a 1 bedroom cottage with walk-in wardrobe, en suite, kitchen / dinning / living room, and 1 bay garage. We have Resource Consent and are in the final stages of planning before submitting the Building Consent application. We'd like to start the build as soon as we get Building Consent which i'm guessing will be 5-6 weeks. There is nothing structural to be done and the only external changes to the building will be swapping the garage door with the ranch slider and installing a back door in place of the window in back wall (so will require a minor amount of brickwork too). The job is on Kainui Rd about 5km south of Taupiri. Full plans are available on request.

Excellent job...Conversion of a shed to a cottage including bathroom. Logan and his worker Emma were hard working, quick, and coped well with a couple of unforseen problems with concrete, inadequate plans, and unsquare original building! Highly recommended... and will not hesitate to use LP Builders again.
