Small job: we need to bring the bathroom back

The backstory here is that following other work the original 1940's bathroom ended up in a pretty sorry state. The original floor has since been professional replaced and there's now a toilet and basin in place but there's still a bunch of stuff left to do to return it to being a proper bathroom ready for tiling and installation of bath and shower. The stuff that needs to be done includes: fixing up a messy window removal, including exterior weatherboards, adjusting some railing to suit the ultimate design, tidying up a bunch of "ugly bits", positioning nogs so taps can be at the correct level for plumbing and gibbing ready for waterproofing and tiling. We're also looking for somebody to do the follow on stuff with plumbing and tiling but the building needs to be sorted first. I've put together a bit of a diagram showing how we'd like the final bathroom to look so are "kind of organised".
