Qualified builder to build house. We just want it watertight. We will do this ourselves the: Insulation, Electrical Wiring, Hook up of plumbing to water tanks, Gibbing, Painting. The Windows & Doors - Include all window and door installation. We will pay window/door people for the product directly. The Current Dwelling - the existing dwelling is shown on the plans as the middle ‘studio’. It already has two levels. The bottom level isn’t being changed at all; apart from the addition of one doorway to connect the studio to the main residence. The top level of the dwelling is currently an open-air style loft with a ladder. ; this will need to be closed in as per the plans. The roof of the top level will need to be removed and changed to an A-Frame roof as per the plans. There is already a small deck to the front of the existing studio. This will need to be removed in order to build the larger deck that will join the main residence. Please note the land is fairly steep (shown on plans) Please email for plans
