New Home Build - Waiheke Island

We are looking for a fantastic builder who loves a challenge to build a Brand new home in Little Oneroa of Waiheke. The house is currently in the engineering stage and consents will be lodged with the council within the next few weeks. We are looking for a builder that will help us build our first home consisting of 2 levels, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and on poles. The "challenge" that I mentioned before is the site is difficult due to having none road access (all though close to the road) and it is sloping as well. We are looking for a builder with plenty of experience, references and a can do attitude. We can also provide accommodation on site if required, so you can turn it into a summer holiday if you like! Ideally we would like to start the build once consents are approved, late this year or early next year. But we are willing to wait a little longer for the right person.
