This job requires a platform to be created for a 6m-diameter Jaia yurt. The site has a slight decline of 80cm in height over 6m. The materials (listed below) are to be purchased by the Tradie. The plans are included in the photos. Piles: Anchor 10 x 175mm diam H5 (900 below ground + height of deck) 1.8m long Standard 6 x 140mm diam / --- below ground + height of deck) Concrete for the above Piles Bearers: 34m --- x 2 12 x 6m lengths Fixings approx 50 nail plates various sizes, including 12 x anchor pile fixing plates and bearer joining plates. Joists: 100m --- as per bearers 17 lengths. Fixings: nail plates to connect joists x 20, wire dogs x 200, 100mm skew nails x lots, 20m stainless strapping and 500 x 40mm flat head nails Ply: 13 sheets x 19mm flooring ply (untreated) 800 fixing screws Concrete Glue Ply band; 1 sheet x 9mm H3.2 $55 Insulation: (Black) Expol H1.8 or above x 38m2 … 42 sheets at 1200x560mm Fixings, plates, nails, screws, and straps.
