Home reno + selfcontained unit

I am currently occupying a 1950s bungalow, there was a kitchen fire in the early 90s aside from that no major work has been done. The spaces I would like work on are: 1. Kitchen, this is a full remodel including removing walls to wash house and replacing backdoor. 2. Bathroom, needs a total redo, separate shower and bath I'd like to remove the wall between bathroom and toilet, fully tiled 3. Living area, replace front door and or remove inside wall. 4. A selfcontained 1 bedroom unit where the sleepout is currently situated.
