A2 Remove wall as indicated, make good adjacent wall
A3 Remove existing kitchen cabinetry
A4 Replace plasterboard as required (kitchen and laundry). Plasterboard to be supplied by Client
A5 Remove stair and balustrade as shown, extend dining floor and include new stair
A6 Remove Michaelangelo ceiling tiles, and replace with plasterboard ceiling. Insulation throughout. New ceiling mouldings as required. Plasterboard ceiling, insulation material and mouldings to be supplied by Client
A7 New shelving inside laundry cupboard
A8 New 2.4m high fence and gate as indicated
A9 New Deck #1
A10 New Deck #2
A11 New timber weatherboard to area on North wall as indicated.

"James was punctual and polite during his initial site visit. He provided a timely and detailed quote for the work to be done and was open and transparent about costs.
He is an enthusiastic carpenter, with a keenness on detail and quality. I didn't land up awarding the work to him this time, but he will be on the list of people I'll be speaking to when the next lot of work comes around."
